Delivery times are subject to the availability of the product and the transport company that carries out the transport.
La Merkabá is not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to causes beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, specific causes of the courier company, absence of the customer at the time of delivery, customs times…
For international deliveries the delivery time is always estimated, La Merkabá cannot specify it due to the different factors that do not depend on us, but on each destination: customs, strikes, merchandise reviews etc.

SHIPPING COSTS IN THE PENINSULA
Shipping costs for purchases made for an amount less than 100 euros will have a cost of 4.95 euros including taxes within Spain.
Shipping costs will be free for purchases over 100 euros within Spain. Furniture, whether in methacrylate, wood, etc., as well as icons measuring more than 50x70cm, Easter candles and wine, are excluded from being free shipping despite exceeding this amount. The amount will be calculated at the time of shipment and the customer will be informed
For the communities of the Balearic and Canary Islands, the shipping price may vary depending on the size and weight of the package.
In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla exempt from VAT and considered exports, the customer will be responsible for the local fees and taxes that correspond in each case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping may vary depending on the weight and dimension of the package.

RETURNS
The customer may request the return of the items within fourteen days of receipt, provided that they are in their original packaging and have not been damaged.

In this case, the customer will bear the associated shipping costs and will be refunded the amount of the purchase within a maximum period of THIRTY (30) days following receipt of the returned and duly checked merchandise

Lamerkaba reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

CHANGES

No changes will be made to the products for another color or size, it will be processed as a return and the desired products must be purchased again with the shipping costs associated with a new product.
