Description
The glorious or presidential cross was designed by Kiko Argüello, founder of the Neocatechumenal Way. In the front part is the Risen Christ, who has conquered death, hence the rays and his position of arms and body, with the belt (Aquedah). In the arms of the cross are represented the 4 evangelists and in the back is the Virgin Mary in the form of a lock (the church) who holds the mission of the proclamation of the Gospel.
